Service Agreement and Important Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

Thank you for booking with us , your Reservation is confirmed. Please print our this voucher or keep it with you on your phone to show it to the driver .
Please make sure to turn on your phone after landing so we can reach you easily for any emergency .
After landing , your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of your terminal with a meet and greet sign with your name on it .
In CAS EYOU ARE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE YOUR DRIVER , PLEASE CALL US AS SON AS POSSIBLE .
We will wait approx 1 hour after your landing time in Antalya. Should there be a problem with luggage, provided you advise us by sending 1 member of your party to find us in arrivals we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is resolved.. if you are travelling alone please advise by calling the number provided on your voucher.
In case your arrival flight delays , you do not have to worry because our operation team will monitor the flight and wait for you accordingly , but for any major change please inform us by email , phone call or Whatsapp message .
If you're travelling to a private destination such as a villa, please request to the owner the itinerary to your destination, and provide it to your driver.
Please keep your mobile phone on one hour before your scheduled pickup time from your hotel or address to reach you easily in case of any problem.
Please check your flight take-off time one day before your return date. If there are any changes on your pick-up time from your hotel/address, please contact us urgently by phone, whatsapp or mail to modify your booking.
Please make sure to be at the reception at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
If you can’t see your driver at the reception, at the pick up time, please call our emergency number straight away .
You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your transfer about your booking details. Please check all information on this reminder e-mail and let us know by phone, email or WhatsApp as soon as possible if there is any change or wrong information.
Cancellations are permited at any time by email or phone. Until 6 hours prior your transfer you must cancel by phone .
Modifications to booking must be made 24hrs prior to your arrival.
Payments (made in cash) to the driver on arrival at hotel. If your transfer is return,please pay the total balance on arrival at the hotel or a part of it as a deposit.
For the credit card payment, you don’t need to take any receipt.
If you need an extra stop ( stopping at a local supermarket for shopping ) please request in advance on your booking. We will charge 10 € for each 15 minutes
